Summary:The present invention relates to a novel variant of zinc-binding dehydrogenase and a method for producing L-aromatic amino acids using the same. In the variant of zinc-binding dehydrogenase, one or more amino acids in an amino acid sequence constituting zinc-binding dehydrogenase are substituted to change the enzymatic activity so that a recombinant microorganism comprising the mutation can efficiently produce L-aromatic amino acids. 본 발명은 징크 바인딩 디하이드로게나제 신규 변이체 및 이를 이용한 L-방향족 아미노산 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 징크 바인딩 디하이드로게나제 변이체는 징크 바인딩 디하이드로게나제를 구성하는 아미노산 서열 중 하나 이상의 아미노산이 치환됨으로써 효소 활성이 변화되어, 이를 포함하는 재조합 미생물은 L-방향족 아미노산을 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다.
