Summary:The present invention relates to a nanoparticle conjugate and a method for detecting a target substance using the same. There are effects of greatly improving the sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility of detection by increasing specificity of binding to a target substance and amplifying a detection signal. The nanoparticle conjugate may include nanoparticles and DNA fragments bound to the nanoparticles; and antibodies and DNA fragments bound to the antibodies, wherein, in a nanoparticle-DNA conjugate and an antibody-DNA conjugate, each DNA fragments are complementary to each other. 본 발명은 나노입자 컨쥬게이트, 이를 이용한 표적물질 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 표적물질과의 결합 특이도를 높이고, 검출 신호를 증폭시켜, 검출의 민감도, 정확성 및 재현성을 크게 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
