The present invention relates to a golf swing speed training aid capable of increasing a degree of precision in golf swing speed settings by means of a dial. The golf swing speed training aid according to the present invention has a head unit, the head unit comprising: a socket which has a cylindrical frame in which an accommodating space therein, and which has an adjustment groove formed in the longitudinal direction while penetrating the cylindrical frame; a magnet-body that is located in the accommodating space and comprises a magnet and an adjustment pin which is coupled to the magnet and protrudes outward from the cylindrical frame through the adjustment groove so as to adjust the position of the magnet in the longitudinal direction; and a dial that is located on the surface of the cylindrical frame of the socket and coupled to the adjustment pin, wherein the position of the adjustment pin is adjusted in the longitudinal direction through the adjustment groove when the dial rotating. 본 발명은, 원통형 프레임 내부에 수용공간을 가지고 길이방향으로 원통형 프레임 내외부로 관통되는 조절홈을 가지는 소켓, 자석과 자석의 길이방향으로의 위치 조절을 위해 자석에 결합하고 조절홈을 통해 원통형 프레임 외측으로 돌출하는 조절핀을 포함하고 수용공간에 위치하는 자석-바디 및 소켓의 원통형 프레임의 표면에 위치하고 조절핀과 결합하는 다이얼로서 다이얼의 회전에 따라 조절핀의 위치를 조절홈을 통해 길이방향으로 조절하는 다이얼을 포함하는 헤드 유닛을 구비한 스윙 스피드 연습기에 관한 것이다.
