A vehicle exhaust gas intake device and a garage exhaust emission reduction system having the same are disclosed. The disclosed vehicle exhaust gas intake device includes: a first bellows hose having an intake part at a lower end of which exhaust gas is introduced and extending upward and downward; an intake part elevating actuator that moves the intake part up and down; an exhaust gas duct through which the exhaust gas introduced into the intake part passes through the first bellows hose; a purification filter that filters harmful substances from the exhaust gas passing through the exhaust gas duct; an exhaust fan which discharges the exhaust gas from which harmful substances are filtered through the purification filter to the outside of the duct, and is installed to allow air to flow with the outdoor atmosphere; and a magnet that is for fixing the first bellows hose to the vehicle, is installed between the top and bottom of the first bellows hose, and is detachably attached to a body of a vehicle, thereby capable of sucking exhaust gas without being inserted into an exhaust port. 차량 배기가스 흡입 장치, 및 이를 구비한 차고 매연 배출 저감 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 차량 배기가스 흡입 장치는, 배기가스가 유입되는 흡기부를 하단에 구비하고 위아래로 신축 가능한 제1 벨로즈 호스; 흡기부를 승강시키는 흡기부 승강 액추에이터; 흡기부로 유입된 배기가스가 제1 벨로즈 호스를 지나 통과하는 배기가스 덕트; 배기가스 덕트를 통과하는 배기가스에서 유해물질을 걸러내는 정화 필터; 정화 필터를 통과하여 유해물질이 걸러진 배가가스를 덕트의 외부로 배출하는 것으로, 실외의 대기와 공기 유동 가능하게 설치되는 배기 팬; 및, 제1 벨로즈 호스를 차량에 고정시키기 위한 것으로, 제1 벨로즈 호스의 상단과 하단 사이에 설치되어 차량의 차체에 분리 가능하게 부착되는 자석;을 구비한다.
