A space object information providing system and a space object information providing method may be disclosed. The space object information providing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a mobile monitoring device that observes a celestial sphere and outputs mobile observation information; a control device that is connected to the mobile monitoring device and generates monitoring target information for setting a monitoring target based on the mobile observation information; and a fixed monitoring device connected to the control device and outputting fixed observation information for observing space objects based on monitoring target information, wherein the control device may output space object information about a space object based on the mobile observation information and the fixed observation information.
