Summary:The present invention relates to a 3-phase 4-wire type distribution power quality improvement device. In an embodiment, the present invention may include: a power system having a 3-phase 4-wire connection wire installed between a distribution transformer and a load side; a neutral wire RLC filter installed in series on a neutral wire at the load side of the power system to reduce harmonic waves of at the load side of the power system; a neutral wire harmonic wave control board for controlling an RLC value of the neutral wire RLC filter; an RST wire reactive power filter connected in parallel to the RST wire at the load side of the power system and configured to reduce the reactive power at the load side of the power system; a switching driver configured to control a switching element of the RST wire reactive power filter; an RST wire reactive power control board configured to control a switching frequency of the switching driver; voltage and current sensors for sensing voltages and currents of the RST wire at the load side of the power system and the load-side neutral line; and a controller configured to obtain voltages and currents from the voltage and current sensors and control the neutral wire harmonic wave control board and the RST wire reactive power control board. 본 발명은 3상4선식 배전전력 품질개선 장치에 관한 것이다. 일례로, 본 발명은 배전 변압기와 부하측 사이에 설치된 3상4선식 결선을 갖는 전원계통; 전원계통중 부하측 중성선에 직렬로 설치되어 부하측 전원계통의 고조파를 저감하는 중성선 RLC 필터; 중성선 RLC 필터의 RLC 값을 제어하는 중성선 고조파 제어보드; 전원계통중 부하측 RST선에 병렬로 연결되어 부하측 전원계통의 무효전력을 저감시키는 RST선 무효전력 필터; RST선 무효전력 필터의 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 스위칭 드라이버; 스위칭 드라이버의 스위칭 주파수를 제어하는 RST선 무효전력 제어보드; 전원계통중 부하측 RST선 및 부하측 중성선의 전압 및 전류를 센싱하는 전압 및 전류 센서; 및 전압 및 전류 센서로부터 전압 및 전류를 획득하여 중성선 고조파 제어보드 및 RST선 무효전력 제어보드를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함할 수 있다.
