The present invention relates to a rail management device, which is a device for measuring a cross-sectional profile of a rail composed of a base part, a web part, and a head part, comprising: a measuring part measuring upper and side profiles of the head part; and a fixing part fixed to the rail to support and fix the measuring part, wherein the fixing part includes: a body connected to the measuring part; an elastic clamp provided on the lower side of the body and in close contact with the upper surface of the head part; an invariable clamp provided on one side of the body and in close contact with the lower surface of one side of the head part; and a variable clamp provided on the other side of the body and attached to the lower surface of the other side of the head part. Therefore, it is possible to obtain accurate and precise measurements of the cross-sectional profile of the rail. 본 발명은 레일 관리장치에 관한 것으로서, 베이스부, 웨브부 및 헤드부로 이루어지는 레일의 횡단면 프로파일을 측정하는 장치로서, 상기 헤드부의 상면 및 측면 프로파일을 측정하는 측정부; 및 상기 레일에 고정되어 상기 측정부를 지지 고정하는 고정부를 포함하고, 상기 고정부는, 상기 측정부와 연결되는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 하측에 마련되며, 상기 헤드부의 상면에 밀착되는 탄성클램프; 상기 몸체의 일측에 마련되며, 상기 헤드부의 일측 하면에 밀착되는 불변클램프; 및 상기 몸체의 타측에 마련되며, 상기 헤드부의 타측 하면에 말착되는 가변클램프를 포함할 수 있다.
