The present invention relates to an emergency preventive system for water pollution, which enables emergency prevention and rapid analysis of polluted water in the sea or lake due to leakage of harmful substances. The emergency preventive system for water pollution according to the present invention comprises a polluted water pumping device which pumps the polluted water through a pollution preventive hose and separates and discharges the polluted water by property. The polluted water pumping device: includes the pollution preventive hose which is put into a specific polluted area and takes in the polluted water according to the operation of a self-pressure pump; the self-pressure pump which applies vacuum pressure to the pollution preventive hose to induce the intake of polluted water through the prevention hose; and a storage tank which stores the polluted water taken in by the self-pressure pump and the pollution preventive hose and separates the polluted water by property. 본 발명은 유해물질 누출로 인한 해양 또는 호소에서의 오염수 발생시 이에 대한 긴급방제 및 신속한 분석을 가능하게 하는 오염수 긴급방제장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 오염수 긴급방제장치는 방제호스를 통해 오염수를 펌핑함과 함께 오염수를 성상별로 분리하여 배출하는 오염수 펌핑장치;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 오염수 펌핑장치는, 특정 오염구역에 투입되어 자압펌프의 동작에 따라 오염수를 취수하는 방제호스와, 방제호스에 진공압을 인가하여 방제호스에 의한 오염수 취수를 유도하는 자압펌프 및 자압펌프 및 방제호스에 의해 취수된 오염수를 저류함과 함께 오염수를 성상별로 분리하는 저류조를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
