Provided in the present invention is a mold assembly which is to form a punching forming unit having directionality with respect to a transfer direction. The mold assembly according to the present invention comprises: an upper holder (1) having a pair of forming punches (8) symmetrically installed; and a die (4) rotatably supported with respect to the fixed lower holder around the central rotation support pin (14). In addition, for example, an interlocking means includes a guide pin (6) and a guide bushing (6a) and supports the upper holder and the die to interlock with each other is provided. A fixing means is installed so that the die can be fastened and fixed at a desired position with respect to the lower holder.
