The present invention relates to an agricultural product storage device. More specifically, the present invention is installed in a low-temperature storage. In the present invention, a plurality of storage parts which store agricultural products are stacked upward and provided in a horizontal-longitudinal direction in a frame body part. Air is suctioned through air transfer parts installed at the rear surface side of the frame body part, horizontally passes through the storage parts, and is discharged to the outside. The air transfer parts are installed in accordance with horizontal lines of the storage parts, respectively, and suction air such that air passes through the entire storage part of each horizontal line. Accordingly, the curing time of agricultural products can be shortened and the spoilage rate of agricultural products during long-term storage of the agricultural products can be reduced. As such, efficiency in freshness maintenance and storage of agricultural products can increase. 본 발명은 농산물 저장장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 저온 저장고에 설치되는데, 농산물이 저장 보관된 보관부가 상측으로 다수개 적층되어 프레임 몸체부 내에 수평 길이방향으로 구비되고, 상기 프레임 몸체부의 후면 측에 설치된 공기 이송부를 통해 공기를 흡입하는데, 상기 보관부를 수평으로 관통하여 외부로 배출시키며, 상기 공기 이송부는 보관부의 수평라인에 맞춰 각각 설치되어 각각의 수평라인의 보관부 전체를 공기가 관통되도록 흡입함으로써, 농산물의 큐어링 시간을 단축 및 농산물의 장기 저장시 부폐율을 줄일 수 있어 농산물의 신선도 유지 및 보관성의 효율이 증가하는 특징이 있다.
