The present invention relates to a jig for a battery charging and discharging test, which comprises a jig body (100) where a battery is mounted and a battery charging and discharging test is performed, wherein the jig body (100) includes: four terminal units (130a, 130b, 130c, 130d) arranged alternately to face different electrodes; and a busbar connecting and supporting the two terminal units (130a, 130c) among the four terminal units (130a, 130b, 130c, 130d) to a power unit (161, 162) in the shape of a cross and connecting and supporting the remaining two terminal units (130b, 130d) to the power unit (1161, 162) transversely. According to the present invention, a battery can be accurately fixed and movement of the four terminal units is accommodated by the busbar, so that a battery pack can be readily fixed and user convenience of a worker who performs a charging and discharging test can be enhanced to make the test reliable. 본 발명은 배터리 충방전 테스트 지그에 관한 것으로, 배터리가 장착되어 배터리의 충방전 테스트가 수행되는 지그본체(100)를 포함하고, 지그본체(100)는 서로 다른 극을 마주보도록 교차 배치된 4개의 단자용 유닛(130a,130b,130c,130d)과 상기 4개의 단자용 유닛(130a,130b,130c,130d) 중 2개의 단자용 유닛(130a,130c)을 전원부(161,162)와 크로스로 연결하여 지지하고, 나머지 2개의 단자용 유닛(130b,130d)을 전원부(1161,162)와 횡으로 연결하여 지지하는 버스바를 포함한다. 본 발명은 배터리를 정확하게 고정할 수 있고 4개의 단자용 유닛의 이동을 버스바가 수용하므로 배터리 팩의 고정이 용이하고 충방전 테스트를 수행하는 작업자의 사용 편의성을 높일 수 있어 신뢰성 있는 테스트가 가능한 이점이 있다.
