Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric module that uses a co-sintering method when manufacturing a thermoelectric module and can form a plurality of sintered bodies at one time of sintering in one equipment, and a thermoelectric module manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a lower diffusion preventing material loading step of charging a lower diffusion preventing material to the lower part of a mold; a thermoelectric material charging step of charging a thermoelectric material on the lower diffusion preventing material; an upper diffusion preventing material loading step of charging an upper diffusion preventing material on the thermoelectric material; a repetitive performing step of loading a diaphragm coated with a release agent on the upper diffusion preventing material and repeating the operation of performing the lower diffusion preventing material loading step, the thermoelectric material loading step, and the upper diffusion preventing material loading step by a predetermined number of times; and a bonding sintering step of simultaneously bonding and sintering a plurality of the lower diffusion prevention materials, the thermoelectric materials, and the upper diffusion prevention materials in a co-sintering method.
본 발명은 열전모듈(thermoelectric module)을 제조할 때에 동시소결 공법을 이용하되, 하나의 장비에서 한 번의 소결 시에 복수 개의 소결체를 형성할 수 있도록 구현한 열전모듈 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 열전모듈에 관한 것으로, 몰드 하부에 하부확산방지재를 장입하는 확산방지재하부장입단계; 하부확산방지재 위에 열전소재를 장입하는 열전소재장입단계; 열전소재 위에 상부확산방지재를 장입하는 확산방지재상부장입단계; 상부확산방지재 위에 이형제가 코팅된 격판을 장입하고, 확산방지재하부장입단계, 열전소재장입단계 및 확산방지재상부장입단계를 수행하는 동작을 기 설정해 둔 회수만큼 반복 수행하는 반복수행단계; 및 하부확산방지재, 열전소재 및 상부확산방지재의 복수 개를 동시소결 방식으로 동시에 접합 소결하는 접합소결단계를 포함한다. |
