Provided is a system for providing an English education service using a simultaneous interpretation card, comprising: a user terminal outputting a front surface of the card on which a Korean sentence is written and receiving a voice utterance uttered for an English sentence written on the back surface of the card; and an education service providing server including a storage unit which inputs a Korean sentence on the front surface of at least one card and an English sentence corresponding to the Korean sentence on the back surface to create a database; a progressing unit outputting the front surface of the card on which the Korean sentence is written if an imitation step is performed in the user terminal, and a comparison unit comparing the English sentence voice-recognized by the user terminal with the prestored English sentence written on the back surface of the card to transmit the comparison result to the user terminal. The present invention can perform a gradual education step. 동시통역카드를 이용한 영어 교육 서비스 제공 시스템이 제공되며, 한글문장이 기재된 카드의 전면을 출력하고, 카드의 뒷면에 기재된 영어문장을 발화하는 음성발화를 입력받는 사용자 단말 및 적어도 하나의 카드의 전면에는 한글문장을, 후면에는 한글문장에 대응하는 영어문장을 입력하여 데이터베이스화하는 저장부, 사용자 단말에서 모방단계를 진행하는 경우 한글문장이 기재된 카드의 전면을 출력하도록 하는 진행부, 사용자 단말에서 음성인식된 영어문장과 기 저장된 카드의 후면에 기재된 영어문장을 비교하여 사용자 단말로 비교결과를 전송하는 비교부를 포함하는 교육 서비스 제공 서버를 포함한다.
