The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or mitigating inflammatory skin diseases containing a mixture comprising Zanthoxylum schinifolium hydrosol and Cordyceps mycelium extract as active ingredients. More specifically, Zanthoxylum schinifolium hydrosol extracted from Zanthoxylum schinifolium fruits reduces expression of SNARE protein which is inflammatory mediating protein, and inhibits activity of reactive oxygen species, NO and β-hexasosaminidase which induce inflammation. Also, a mixed composition of Zanthoxylum schinifolium hydrosol and Cordyceps mycelium extract improves stability of Zanthoxylum schinifolium hydrosol and exhibits an excellent β-hexasosaminidase activity inhibitory effect. As a result, the mixture may be provided as a cosmetic composition, health food and pharmaceutical composition for preventing or mitigating inflammatory skin diseases including atopic dermatitis. 본 발명은 산초 하이드로졸 및 동충하초 균사체 추출물로 이루어진 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 피부 질환 예방 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 산초 열매로부터 추출된 산초 하이드로졸은 염증매개 단백질인 SNARE 단백질의 발현을 감소시키고, 염증을 유발시키는 활성산소종, NO 및 β-헥사소사미니다아제의 활성을 억제시키는 것이 확인되었으며, 산초 하이드로졸과 동충하초 균사체 추출물이 혼합된 조성물은 산초 하이드로졸의 안정성을 향상시키고 우수한 β-헥사소사미니다아제 활성 억제 효과를 나타내는 것이 확인됨에 따라, 상기 혼합물은 아토피 피부염을 포함한 염증성 피부 질환을 예방하거나 개선시키기 위한 화장료 조성물, 건강식품 및 약학조성물로 제공될 수 있다.
