Summary: | According to the present invention, a CFRTP honeycomb reinforcement material comprises: a reinforcement member formed of a thermoplastic carbon fiber composite material (CFRTP) in which carbon fiber chops and a thermoplastic polymer resin are mixed; and a plurality of honeycomb hollows formed on the reinforcement member. The thermoplastic polymer resin includes poly phenylene sulfide (PPS). According to the present invention, the CFRTP honeycomb reinforcement material has an excellent heat resistance feature, has a high usage temperature condition, has high shape stability, and has its own retardancy.
본 발명에 따른 CFRTP 허니컴 보강재는 탄소섬유 촙과 열가소성 고분자 수지가 혼합된 열가소성 탄소섬유복합재료(CFRTP)로 형성된 보강부재 및 보강부재 상에 형성된 다수의 허니컴 중공을 포함하고, 열가소성 고분자 수지는 폴리페닐렌설파이드(Poly phenylene sulfide, PPS)를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 CFRTP 허니컴 보강재는 내열성이 우수하여 사용온도 조건이 높고 고온에서의 형태안정성이 높으며 자체 난연성을 가진다. |
