The present invention relates to a seawater transfer-type submerged horizontal breakwater and a method for constructing the same in water for reducing beach erosion. To this end, according to the present invention, the seawater transfer-type submerged horizontal breakwater can comprise: a plurality of steel pipe piles inserted into seawater bedrocks in a grip shape having a certain interval; bonding units engaged with an upper side of each of the plurality of steel pipe piles inserted in the grid shape; I-beams horizontally and vertically placed and connected on an upper surface of each of the bonding units engaged with an upper side of each of two steel pipe piles of the plurality of steel pipe piles; an engagement plate placed between two or more I-beams placed on the upper surface of the bonding units; and a plurality of connection members fixing an upper bonding plate placed on an upper surface of the engagement plate as well as on an upper surface of the I-beams, and fixing a lower bonding plate placed on a lower surface of the I-beam and an upper surface of the bonding unit. 본 발명은 해안침식 저감을 위해 수중에서 시공되는 해수 소통형 수중 수평방파제 및 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 해수 소통형 수중 수평방파제는 일정 간격을 갖는 격자 형태로 해수 암반으로 압입되는 복수의 강관 파일들, 상기 격자 형태로 압입된 복수의 강관 파일들의 각각의 상부에 결합되는 접합부, 상기 복수의 강관 파일들 중 두 개의 강관 파일들 각각의 상부에 결합된 접합부들 각각의 상면에 상하좌우로 배치 및 연결되는 I형 보, 상기 접합부의 상면에 배치된 적어도 두 개의 I형 보들 사이에 배치되는 결합판, 및 상기 I형 보의 상면과 상기 결합판의 상면에 배치되는 상부 접합판을 고정시키고, 상기 I형 보의 하면과 상기 접합부의 상면에 배치되는 하부 접합판을 고정시키는 복수의 이음 부재들을 포함할 수 있다.
