In accordance with the present invention, a system for measuring the inside of a manhole through independent frequency radiation in accordance with selective arrangement includes: an external measuring unit formed in a longitudinal direction, having an internal space formed therein, and measuring the depth of a manhole through a scale provided on the outer circumference surface; an internal extension unit provided in the internal space of the external measuring unit, and extended from the inside of the external measuring unit to enable length adjustment; a detachable magnetized indication unit, selectively attached to or detached from the external measuring unit and protruding toward the inner circumference surface of the manhole; and a plurality of investigation units provided to the detachable indication unit to control the degree of light radiation in accordance with the horizontality and position of the external measuring unit.
