Summary:The present invention relates to a double-injection mold and mold method for an inside handle for a vehicle with a stable mounting structure of a first injection molding and an insert method applied and an inside handle thereby and relates to a mold and mold method and an inside handle thereby, that inject a material with high rigidity during first injection to supplement the rigidity of the inside handle, allow double-injection to be performed on parts where plating is not smooth for the material with high rigidity so that the double-injected parts can be plated, perform easy seating by forming a seating groove with an insert method applied so that the inside handle for a vehicle after the first injection is completed can be stably seated before a second injection process, have a notification unit so that a user can check whether or not the inside handle is seated, and prevent mold accidents from occurring by allowing subsequent processes to be performed depending on whether or not the inside handle is seated. 본 발명은 차량용 인사이드핸들의 이중사출 시 1차 사출물에 대한 안정적인 장착구조를 가지고, 인서트방식이 적용된 차량용 인사이드핸들용 이중사출 금형과 금형방법 및 그 인사이드핸들에 관한 것으로써, 인사이드핸들의 강성을 보완하기 위해 1차 사출 시 강성이 높은 재질로 사출하고, 강성이 높은 재질은 도금이 원활하지 못한 부분에 대해 이중사출이 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 이중사출된 부분에 도금작업이 가능토록 하였으며, 차량용 인사이드핸들을 1차 사출완료된 인사이드핸들이 2차 사출공정 전 안정적으로 안착할 수 있도록 인서트방식이 적용된 안착홈을 형성하여 안착이 용이하고, 사용자가 안착여부를 확인할 수 있도록 알림부가 구성되며, 안착의 여부에 따라 이후공정이 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 금형사고가 발생되지 않도록 하는 금형과 금형방법 및 그 인사이드핸들에 관한 것이다.
