A multifunctional eco-friendly aqueous coating liquid composition and a coating layer application member using the same are disclosed. The disclosed aqueous coating liquid composition is an aqueous coating liquid composition for coating an object to be coated and may include a first acrylic emulsion, a second acrylic emulsion, a third acrylic emulsion, an adhesive material, and additives. The first acrylic emulsion may include a mixture of water, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid, and potassium persulfate (K_2S_2O_8). The second acrylic emulsion may include a mixture of water, ethyl acrylate, acrylic acid, octadecane sulfonic acid sodium salt, and hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2). The third acrylic emulsion may include a mixture of water, styrene, butadiene, sodium oleate, potassium persulfate (K_2S_2O_8), sodium phosphate, and dodecyl mercaptan. Accordingly, it is expected that the environmental pollution problem caused by the existing coating agent can be greatly reduced. 다기능성 친환경 수성 코팅액 조성물 및 이를 적용한 코팅층 적용 부재에 관해 개시되어 있다. 개시된 수성 코팅액 조성물은 피코팅물에 코팅하기 위한 수성 코팅액 조성물로서, 제1 아크릴 에멀젼(acrylic emulsion), 제2 아크릴 에멀젼, 제3 아크릴 에멀젼, 접착성 물질 및 첨가제를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 제1 아크릴 에멀젼은 물, 에틸 아크릴레이트(ethyl acrylate), 메틸 메타크릴레이트(methyl methacrylate), 메타크릴산(methacrylic acid) 및 과황산칼륨(K2S2O8)의 혼합액을 구비할 수 있다. 상기 제2 아크릴 에멀젼은 물, 에틸 아크릴레이트(ethyl acrylate), 아크릴산(acrylic acid), 옥타데칸 설폰산나트륨(octadecane sulfonic acid sodium salt) 및 과산화수소(H2O2)의 혼합액을 구비할 수 있다. 상기 제3 아크릴 에멀젼은 물, 스타이렌(styrene), 부타디엔(butadiene), 올레인산나트륨(sodium oleate), 과황산칼륨(K2S2O8), 인산나트륨(sodium phosphate) 및 도데실메르캅탄(dodecyl mercaptan)의 혼합액을 구비할 수 있다.
