Summary: | The present invention relates to a bulging structure of a refrigeration cycle pipe, which forms a knurling and a bellows in an end part of a capillary pipe during bulging to vertically fixate a capillary pipe by insertion, allows a welded object to easily permeate the bulging structure to improve fixation power, and unifies a bulging size and a dimension of a manifold hole to improve productivity. The present invention comprises: an insertion unit having knurling formed in an outer diameter of the end part of the capillary pipe to enable the end part of the capillary pipe of a refrigeration cycle to be inserted into an insertion hole of the manifold; a welding ring insertion unit having a welding ring insertion pipe that a welding ring is inserted into an upper side of the knurling of the insertion unit; and a locking unit having an expansion pipe to enable the welding ring to be locked by an upper side of the welding ring insertion pipe of the welding ring insertion unit.
본 발명은 냉동사이클 파이프의 벌징구조에 관한 것으로, 벌징시 모세파이브의 단부에 널링과 벨로우즈를 형성하여 모세파이프를 삽입에 의해 수직고정하고 용접물이 쉽게 침투되어 고정력을 향상시키고 벌징사이즈와 매니폴더 홀 치수를 일원화하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 냉동사이클 파이프의 벌징구조에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 냉동사이클의 모세관의 단부가 매니폴더의 삽입홀에 삽입되도록 모세관의 단부 외경에 널링을 형성한 삽입부와, 상기 삽입부의 널링 상측으로 용접링이 삽입되는 용접링삽입관을 형성한 용접링삽입부와, 상기 용접링삽입부의 용접링삽입관 상측으로 용접링걸림되도록 확장관을 형성한 걸림부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
