Summary: | A cutting insert according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: two cutting surfaces facing each other; an upper surface, a lower surface and a side surface extending from between the two cutting surfaces; an insert-penetrating hole penetrating the two cutting surfaces; and four or more cutting parts including a cutting edge. The cutting insert includes a first accommodation part and a second accommodation part, which are separated from each other by the flat surface of the upper surface, on the upper surface to be clamped with a tool holder. The first accommodation part includes a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface, which are connected to each other while forming an angle. The second accommodation part includes: a third inclined surface and a fourth inclined surface, which are connected to each other while forming an angle. The first accommodation part and the second accommodation part are rotationally symmetric by 180° with respect to a virtual second central line penetrating the centers of the upper surface and the lower surface. Therefore, provided are a cutting insert and a cutting tool having the same mounted thereon, wherein stable coupling can be ensured even in harsh processing conditions.
본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 절삭인서트는 서로 대향하는 2개의 단부면과, 상기 2개의 단부면 사이에서 각각 연장하는 상면, 하면, 및 측면과, 상기 2개의 단부면을 관통하는 인서트관통구멍과, 절인을 구비하는 4개 이상의 절삭부를 포함하며, 상기 절삭인서트는, 상기 상면에는 공구홀더와 클램핑 되기 위해, 상기 상면의 평탄면에 의해 서로 이격된 제1 수용부 및 제2 수용부가 구비하고, 상기 제1 수용부는 각도를 이루면서 서로 이어지는 제1 경사면과 제2 경사면을 구비하고, 상기 제2 수용부는 각도를 이루면서 서로 이어지는 제3 경사면과 제4 경사면을 구비하며, 상기 제1 수용부 및 상기 제2 수용부는 상기 상면 및 하면의 중심을 관통하는 가상의 제2 중심선에 대하여 180° 회전 대칭인 것을 특징으로 한다. |
