Summary:The present invention relates to a two-layered two-phase cosmetic composition consisting of naturally-derived ingredients, and a preparation method thereof, the two-layered two-phase cosmetic composition comprising: a water phase portion including purified water, glycerin, a naturally-derived antibacterial preservative, and a surfactant; and an oil phase portion including vegetable oil. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention has antibacterial activity against bacteria and fungi, and when used for a facial mist, the spray angle thereof ranges from 65˚ to 85˚, which is very good. 본 발명은 자연유래 성분으로 이루어진 이층상 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 정제수, 글리세린, 자연유래 항균 보존제, 계면활성제를 포함하는 수상부; 및 식물성 오일을 포함하는 유상부;를 포함함으로써, 세균 및 진균류에 대대한 항균활성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 미스트용으로 사용 시 분사각이 65 내지 85 °로서 매우 우수하다.
