The present invention is a technology for stably attaching a film for protecting a license plate while removing air bubbles and relates to a license plate laminate film attachment device that can be applied to license plate manufacturers, film manufacturers, film attachment companies, etc. More specifically, the present invention improves a film providing part and a bonding part. In particular, among rollers of the bonding part, an upper roller is formed in a tapered shape in which the diameter of both ends is smaller than the center so that air bubbles generated when a film is pressed are discharged through both ends of a panel and the film along the slope of the taper, and a bubble removal part for removing residual and remaining bubbles as much as possible is additionally provided.
