Summary:The present invention relates to a high-power laser light source device and to a test apparatus using the same. The high-power laser light source device includes: a power port and a power switch which can supply and select external power; a current conversion switch which can control the laser output; a current control unit which receives power through the power port and converts and outputs a current value according to the state of the current conversion switch; an oscillation unit which receives the current of the current control unit and oscillates an infrared laser; and an output control unit which outputs the infrared laser through a first output unit. 본 발명은 고출력 레이저 광원기 및 이를 이용한 시험장치에 관한 것으로, 외부전원을 공급 및 선택할 수 있는 전원포트 및 전원스위치와, 레이저 출력을 조절할 수 있는 전류 변환스위치와, 상기 전원포트를 통해 전원을 공급받으며, 상기 전류 변환스위치의 상태에 따라 전류값을 변환하여 출력하는 전류제어부와, 상기 전류제어부의 전류를 공급받아 적외선 레이저를 발진시키는 발진부와, 상기 적외선 레이저를 제1출력부를 통해 출력하는 출력제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
