Disclosed are a device for removing a seed shell of a peanut sprout and a washing method of the peanut sprout. According to the present invention, a device for removing a head shell of a peanut sprout includes: a body including a base positioned in a state in which a head of the peanut sprout is exposed to the outside, and a pair of pressing plates which are folded inward in a state coupled to both ends of the base to press the peanut sprout located on the base; and a washing module which removes the head shell of the peanut sprout with the head exposed.
