Summary:The present invention relates to a pre-mixed composition for high-performance dry shotcrete and a construction method using the same, wherein the pre-mixed composition contains 25 to 40 wt% of cement, 8 to 15 wt% of coarse aggregate, 30 to 60 wt% of fine aggregate, 1 to 5 wt% of silica fume, 1 to 5 wt% of anhydrite, 1 to 5 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate, 1 to 5 wt% of fly ash, 1 to 5 wt% of a high-performance admixture, 0.01 to 1 wt% of a plasticizer, 0.01 to 1 wt% of a thickener, 0.01 to 1 wt% of a defoamer, 0.01 to 1 wt% of a powdered AE water reducer, and 0.01 to 1 wt% of natural fibers. The high-performance admixture used in the present invention contains, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a vinyl acetate monomer, 20 to 50 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of polyrotaxane, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a ketoprofen compound represented by the following chemical formula 1, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of alginic acid particles, and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of zinc cyanurate. The present invention is to enhance the performance of coarse aggregate-containing dry shotcrete and achieve improvements in economic feasibility and work environment. The present invention improves basic physical properties and achieves excellent dust reduction at the same time. 본 발명은 본 발명의 일 구현 예는 시멘트 25 내지 40 중량%, 굵은골재 8 내지 15 중량%, 잔골재 30 내지 60 중량%, 실리카 흄 1 내지 5 중량%, 무수석고 1 내지 5 중량%, 칼슘 설포알루미네이트 1 내지 5 중량%, 플라이애시 1 내지 5 중량%, 고성능 혼화재 1 내지 5 중량%, 유동화제 0.01 내지 1 중량%, 증점제 0.01 내지 1 중량%, 소포제 0.01 내지 1 중량%, 분말형 AE 감수제 0.01 내지 1 중량% 및 자연섬유 0.01 내지 1 중량%를 포함하되;상기 고성능 혼화재는 비닐 아세테이트 단량체 100 중량부에 대하여, 메틸 메타크릴레이트-부틸 아크릴레이트 20 내지 50 중량부, 폴리로탁산 1 내지 10 중량부, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 케토프로펜 화합물 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 알긴산 입자 0.1 내지 5 중량부 및 시아누르산아연 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 사용하여;굵은골재를 함유하는 건식 숏크리트의 고성능화, 경제성 향상 및 작업환경 개선의 목적으로, 기본적인 물성을 개선하는 동시에 분진저감 효과가 뛰어난 고성능 건식 숏크리트용 프리믹스 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.[화학식 1]JPEG112021138359703-pat00007.jpg3556
