A maintenance device for use in disassembling a rotor exciter diode of a combined cycle power generator is provided. A generator diode maintenance apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a diode extraction wrench part used for loosening or tightening a diode of a generator rotor by having a diode insertion hole formed therein; and a handle part connected to the diode extraction wrench part, and extending along the longitudinal direction. Accordingly, when checking the diode provided in a rotor exciter, a burden on a terminal and a cable on a diode terminal block side is reduced, and a diode extraction operation can be performed efficiently. Thus, it is possible to shorten a diode extraction operation time and improve the diode extraction operation efficiency. 복합화력 발전기의 회전자 여자기 다이오드를 분해하는데 이용되는 정비 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발전기 다이오드 정비 장치는, 내측으로 다이오드 삽입공이 형성되어, 발전기 회전자의 다이오드를 풀거나 조일 때, 이용되는 다이오드 인출용 렌치부; 및 다이오드 인출용 렌치부와 연결되되, 길이방향을 따라 연장형성되는 손잡이부;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 회전자 여자기에 마련되는 다이오드 점검 시, 다이오드 단자대측 터미널 및 케이블에 부담을 경감시키며, 다이오드 인출 작업이 효율적으로 수행되도록 할 수 있어, 다이오드 인출 작업 시간을 단축시키고, 다이오드 인출 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
