An apparatus for cutting an inner heat pipe in a steam generator of a nuclear power plant comprises: a first cutter unit including a plurality of first pipe cutters which gradually cut a zero-degree portion of an outer perimeter of the inner heat pipe in an axis direction of the inner heat pipe; a second cutter unit including a plurality of second pipe cutters which are spaced apart from the first pipe cutters with the inner heat pipe therebetween and gradually cut a 180-degree portion of the outer perimeter of the inner heat pipe in the axis direction of the inner heat pipe; and a push shaft inserting the inner heat pipe between the plurality of first pipe cutters and the plurality of second pipe cutters in the axis direction. 원자력 발전소의 증기 발생기의 내부 전열관 절단 장치는 내부 전열관의 외주연의 0도 부분을 상기 내부 전열관의 축 방향으로 갈수록 점진적으로 절단하는 복수의 제1 파이프 커터들을 포함하는 제1 커터 유닛, 상기 내부 전열관을 사이에 두고 상기 복수의 제1 파이프 커터들과 이격되며 상기 내부 전열관의 외주연의 180도 부분을 상기 축 방향으로 갈수록 점진적으로 절단하는 복수의 제2 파이프 커터들을 포함하는 제2 커터 유닛, 및 상기 축 방향으로 상기 내부 전열관을 상기 복수의 제1 파이프 커터들과 상기 복수의 제2 파이프 커터들 사이로 삽입하는 푸쉬 샤프트를 포함한다.
