In accordance with the present invention, an apparatus for supporting an exterior material of a building includes: an anchor bolt having one end inserted into a building structure to be fixed; a sleeve including an embedded part embedded in the building structure while surrounding an outer circumference surface of the anchor bolt, and an exposed part exposed from the building structure; an insulation material provided face to face with the building structure and including a slit through which the anchor bolt passes; a cylinder including an open part formed toward the building structure, and a header part combined with the anchor bolt on the other side of the open part; and a bracket supported by the header part and combined with the anchor bolt. The sleeve is formed with a metal plate rolled into a cylindrical shape, and a first protrusion and a first groove are alternately provided at one end and a second groove into which the first protrusion is inserted and a second protrusion inserted into the first groove are alternately provided at the other end such that the one end forming the sleeve and the other end forming the other end can be interlocked with each other.
