The present invention relates to an entry/exit blocking apparatus. Specifically, the entry/exit blocking apparatus of the present invention rotates a blocking panel, which opens and closes in a form of an opening, to an accurate position, and blocks unauthorized entry/exit occurring between gaps as much as possible. In addition, the entry/exit blocking apparatus may be opened and closed automatically and remotely in a disaster situation, and may be opened for a certain period of time according to an external force in one direction so that a user can emergently escape from a situation trapped in the blocking apparatus. The entry/exit blocking apparatus of the present invention comprises: a post bar; the blocking panel; an apparatus case; a first panel coupling member; and a second panel coupling member. 본 발명은 진출입로 차단장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 여닫이 형태로 개폐되는 차단패널을 정확한 위치로 회전시켜, 틈사이로 발생하는 무단 출입을 최대한으로 차단하고, 재난 상황 시 자동 및 원격으로 개폐시키며, 차단장치에 갇힌 상황에서 긴급 탈출할 수 있도록 일방향의 외력에 따라 일정 시간 개방시킬 수 있는 진출입로 차단장치에 관한 것이다.
