Disclosed is a putter having a replaceable sleeve device for easily replacing and mounting a shaft. The putter according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body unit; a lower extending unit; a blade forming unit; a plurality of weight mounting grooves; and a sleeve device. The main body unit has a block structure extending by a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to a putting stroke direction, and forms a binding groove which is formed on one side to allow a sleeve device to be rotated by a predetermined angle. The lower extending unit forwardly protrudes by a predetermined length from one side of the main body unit, is extended downward by a predetermined depth, and forms a head face having a predetermined area. The blade forming unit is extended by a predetermined length from a lower end of the lower extending unit to a back side, and forms a plate type structure having an area of a predetermined size. The plurality of weight mounting grooves are separated by a predetermined distance on an upper surface of the blade forming unit and bind a weight in a detachable structure. The sleeve device is mounted in the binding groove of the main body unit in a detachable structure, has a block structure which is extended to an upper side by a predetermined height, and forms a shaft fastening hole indented by a predetermined depth from an upper surface. The present invention provides the putter capable of easily replacing and mounting an optimal shaft depending on a body shape, a condition, and a use environment of a user; being arranged in an optimized position by applying the center of gravity of a putter head depending on the body shape, the condition, and the use environment of the user; and including a structure depending on a putting style of a golfer by considering toe balance, heel balance, and weightless balance as a result. 샤프트를 손쉽게 교체 장착할 수 있는 교환식 슬리브장치를 포함하는 퍼터가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 퍼터는, 퍼팅 스트로크 방향과 수직을 이루는 방향으로 소정 길이만큼 연장된 블록구조이고, 일측면에 슬리브장치가 소정 각도만큼 회전 가능하도록 결속되는 결속홈이 형성된 본체부; 상기 본체부의 일측면으로부터 전방으로 소정 길이만큼 돌출된 후 하방으로 소정 깊이만큼 연장되어 소정 면적을 가지는 헤드페이스를 형성하는 하방연장부; 상기 하방연장부의 하단으로부터 후방으로 소정 길이만큼 연장되어 소정 크기의 면적을 가지는 판상형 구조를 형성하는 블레이드 형성부; 상기 블레이드 형성부의 상부면에 일정 거리만큼 이격되어 다수 배치되고, 무게추를 탈부착 가능한 구조로 결속시키는 무게추 장착홈; 및 상기 본체부의 결속홈에 탈부착 가능한 구조로 장착되고, 상방으로 소정 높이만큼 연장된 블록구조이며, 상단면으로부터 소정 깊이만큼 만입된 샤프트 결속체결구가 형성된 슬리브장치;를 포함하는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 사용자의 체형과 컨디션 및 사용 환경에 맞춤 적용한 최적의 샤프트를 손쉽게 교체 장착할 수 있고, 퍼터 헤드의 무게중심을 사용자의 체형과 컨디션 및 사용 환경에 맞춤 적용하여 최적의 위치로 배치할 수 있어, 결과적으로 토우행 밸런스, 힐 밸런스, 무중력 밸런스를 고려한 골퍼의 퍼팅 스타일에 맞춤 적용될 수 있는 구조를 포함하는 퍼터를 제공할 수 있다.
