Summary:The present invention relates to a lightweight rubber composition for shoe outsole and a manufacturing method thereof. The technical gist of the present invention is a lightweight rubber composition for shoe outsole which is formed by comprising a rubber substrate, a reinforcing filler, a lightweight hollow filler, a coupling agent, and a thermoplastic polymer having a melting point in a range of 60 to 90℃, lowers the viscosity to reduce shear friction as the thermoplastic polymer melts due to the heat generated during kneading so that the lightweight hollow filler is prevented from being destroyed, and a manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 신발 겉창용 경량성 고무 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 고무 기재, 보강성 필러, 경량성 중공필러, 커플링제 및 녹는점이 60~90℃ 범위인 열가소성 폴리머를 포함하여 형성되고, 혼련 중 발생되는 발열로 인해 열가소성 폴리머가 용융되면서 점도가 낮아져 전단 마찰이 감소됨으로써, 경량성 중공필러가 파괴되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 겉창용 경량성 고무 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 기술적 요지로 한다.
