The present invention provides a needle guide mounted on a biopsy device, which comprises: a body; a through hole which passes through the body in a longitudinal direction; a biopsy needle which is inserted into the through hole, and is exposed at an end of the body to collect a target tissue; and a plurality of markers which are formed in the body, and are formed around the through hole to be distinguished from each other around the through hole, in order to confirm at least one of the position, angle, and direction of the biopsy needle in an MRI taking environment. 본 발명은, 생검 시술 장치에 장착되는 니들 가이드로서, 몸체부와, 길이 방향으로 상기 몸체부를 관통하는 관통홀과, 관통홀에 삽입되며, 몸체부 단부에서 노출되어 대상 조직을 채취하는 생검 니들과, MRI 촬영 환경에서 생검 니들의 위치, 각도 및 방향 중 적어도 하나를 확인하기 위해, 몸체부에 형성되되 관통홀 주변에 서로 구별되도록 형성되는 복수의 마커를 포함하는 니들 가이드를 제공한다.
