Summary:An image generating method and device are disclosed. The image generating method according to one embodiment includes the steps of: acquiring voice data, facial image data including a face, and input data including a purpose of the image; determining the movement of a character based on the movement of facial features and the voice data extracted from the facial image data; determining, based on the voice data and the purpose, a shot corresponding to the character; and generating an image corresponding to the voice data based on the determined shot. 영상 생성 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시 예에 따른 영상 생성 방법은 음성 데이터, 얼굴을 포함하는 얼굴 영상 데이터 및 영상의 목적을 포함하는 입력 데이터를 획득하는 단계, 얼굴 영상 데이터로부터 추출된 얼굴 특징의 움직임 및 음성 데이터에 기초하여, 캐릭터의 움직임을 결정하는 단계, 음성 데이터 및 목적에 기초하여, 캐릭터에 대응하는 샷을 결정하는 단계, 결정된 샷에 기초하여, 음성 데이터에 대응하는 영상을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
