The present invention relates to a system for managing individual and group epidemics prevention based on a blockchain. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for managing individual and group epidemics prevention based on a blockchain, which determines health information of a wearer based on bio-information of the wearer measured from a wearable device (a smart band and the like) and, if there is a health problem in a result of the determination, searches for and determines users located around the wearer among other users who use the system of the present invention based on location information to inform the determined users of health problem information of the user to enable individual and group epidemics prevention management. 본 발명은 블록체인 기반의 개인 및 집단 방역관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 웨어러블 장치(스마트밴드 등)로부터 측정된 착용자의 생체정보에 기반하여 착용자의 건강정보를 판단하고, 판단결과 건강에 이상이 있는 경우, 위치정보에 기반하여 본 발명에 따른 시스템을 사용하는 다른 사용자 중 해당 착용자 주변에 위치한 사용자들을 탐색하여 결정한 후 결정된 사용자들에게 해당 사용자의 건강이상정보를 알려줌으로써, 개인은 물론 집단의 방역관리가 가능하도록 하는, 블록체인 기반의 개인 및 집단 방역관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
