Summary:The present invention provides a skin moisturizing mist cosmetic composition capable of being used conveniently in a mist spray method while flexibly improving skin condition by mixing an oily component, which is a second agent, with an aqueous component, which is a first agent. The skin moisturizing mist cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises: a first agent composition comprising an aqueous phase, a solubilizing phase, and an emulsification/thickening phase; and a second agent composition comprising an oil phase component, wherein the emulsification/thickening phase comprises an emulsion complex including sodium polyacrylate, trideceth-6, and PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone. 본 발명은 제1제인 수상 성분에 제2제인 유상 성분을 혼합하여 피부 상태를 유연하게 개선하면서도 미스트 스프레이 방식으로 편리한 사용이 가능한 피부 보습 미스트 화장품 조성물을 제공한다. 이에 본 발명에 따른 피부 보습 미스트 화장품 조성물은 수상, 가용화상 및 유화/점증상을 포함하는 제1제 조성물 및 유상성분을 포함하는 제2제 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 유화/점증상은 소듐폴리아크릴레이트, 트라이데세스-6, 및 피이지/피피지-18/18다이메티콘을 함유하는 에멀젼 복합물을 포함하여 이루어진다.
