Summary:The present invention relates to a voice guidance safety management system through virtualization of power equipment, which includes a safety device and a management system. The safety device includes, as components, a detection device for detecting at least one piece of diagnostic information related to voltage, current, short circuit, shortage, cutoff, system, and failure with respect to the virtualized power equipment; a storage device for storing at least one of device information related to the name, code, grade, and location of the virtualized power device, and inspection information and diagnostic information related to the inspector, inspection order, inspection items, and safety rules; an audio device for storing and updating at least one piece of voice guide data for device information, inspection information, and diagnostic information stored in the storage device, and outputting the voice guidance data; and a communication device for accessing the management system through a wired/wireless communication connection with a specified inspector's terminal and mutually updating the device information, diagnostic information, inspection information, and voice guidance data. The safety device includes, as components, a virtualization unit for imparting at least one piece of device information on a specific power device to a specified safety device and unifying logical identification means for specifying an inspection target power device; an inspection management unit for generating and updating the device information, diagnostic information, and inspection information by specifying an inspection target power device; a voice guidance unit for generating and updating voice guidance data related to the device information, diagnostic information, and inspection information; and a communication management unit for determining and controlling the connection of the safety device. Therefore, from the moment when a specific inspector approaches within a certain distance range, a safety accident risk factor is detected, the inspection sequence and safety rules are output as voice guidance, and the inspection process is managed in real time. 본 발명은 전력기기 가상화를 통한 음성안내 안전관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 가상화된 전력기기에 대하여 전압, 전류, 누전, 단락, 차단, 계통, 고장에 관련된 적어도 하나의 진단정보를 감지하는 감지장치; 및 가상화된 전력기기에 대하여 명칭, 코드, 등급, 위치와 관련된 기기정보 및 점검자, 점검순서, 점검사항, 안전수칙에 관련된 점검정보 및 진단정보를 적어도 하나 저장하는 저장장치; 및 저장장치에 저장된 기기정보, 점검정보 및 진단정보에 대하여 적어도 하나의 음성안내 데이터를 저장하고 갱신하며 이를 음성으로 출력하는 오디오장치; 및 특정된 점검자의 단말기와 유무선 통신연결을 통해 관리시스템에 접속하고 기기정보, 진단정보, 점검정보, 음성안내 데이터를 상호 갱신하는 통신장치; 를 구성요소로 포함하는 안전장치;를 포함하며, 특정 전력기기에 대한 적어도 하나의 기기정보를 특정된 안전장치에 부여하고, 점검대상 전력기기를 특정하는 논리적 식별 수단을 단일화하는 가상화부; 및 점검대상 전력기기를 특정하여 기기정보, 진단정보, 점검정보를 생성 및 갱신하는 점검관리부; 및 기기정보, 진단정보, 점검정보에 관한 음성안내 데이터를 생성 및 갱신하는 음성안내부; 및 안전장치의 접속을 판별하고 통제하는 통신관리부; 를 구성요소로 포함하는 관리시스템;을 포함한다.
