Summary: | Provided is a mold used for molding automobile parts based on two-stage pressing, which can achieve process efficiency by inducing smooth entry into a mold in a flowing manner in a state in which synthetic resin fabric is lofted to manufacture automobile parts such as automobile interior materials including bumper beams, covers, and sunroof panels and furthermore achieve high quality by improving the tissue density of automobile parts by molding by a two-stage pressing method. The mold used for molding automobile parts based on two-stage pressing comprises: a molding unit including an upper block and a lower block to press-mold a lofted fabric; and a flowing unit for entering the lofted fabric into the molding unit.
범퍼빔, 커버류, 썬루프판넬을 포함한 자동차 내장재와 같은 자동차 부품을 제조하기 위해 합성수지 원단을 로프팅한 상태에서 원활하게 플로잉방식으로 금형내 진입을 유도하여 공정효율화를 달성하고, 나아가 이단프레싱 방식으로 성형하여 자동차 부품의 조직 치밀도를 향상시켜 고품질화를 도모할 수 있는 이단프레싱 기반 자동차부품 성형에 이용되는 금형을 제공한다. 상기 이단프레싱 기반 자동차부품 성형에 이용되는 금형은 로프팅된 원단을 프레스 성형하도록 상부블록과 하부블록을 포함하는 성형유닛; 상기 성형유닛으로 로프팅된 원단을 진입시키는 플로잉유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
