The present invention relates to a firing apparatus and a firing method comprising the following steps of: preparing a laminated body in which a ceramic sheet and a conductor are laminated; carrying the laminated body into a processing space; supplying dry gas to the processing space; heating the laminated body; and discharging the heated laminated body from the processing space.
