A concrete structure according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a concrete structure; concrete applied to at least one surface of the concrete structure and including a waterproofing composition; and mortar applied on the concrete and including the waterproofing composition. The waterproofing composition includes sulfur, milk of sulfur, glycerin, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide (KOH), calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2), magnesium oxide (MgO), methyl cellulose, silicon dioxide (SiO_2), and aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3). Other embodiments are possible.
