According to various embodiments, an interior providing server for providing interior and exterior designs based on a life pattern comprises: an information acquisition unit for acquiring the interior structure information of a house, used by a user, from the user terminal; a space analysis unit for dividing the inner space of the house into a plurality of residential spaces based on the interior structure information and determining appropriate arrangement values corresponding to the number of pieces of furniture to be arranged in each of the divided residential spaces; a furniture arrangement unit for arranging furniture in each of the residential spaces according to the number of pieces of furniture determined based on the appropriate arrangement values, and generating an arrangement diagram including the arranged furniture; a sample diagram determining unit for determining a sample diagram similar to the generated arrangement diagram; and a finishing material determining unit for determining wallpaper and flooring suitable for the determined sample diagram.
