The present invention relates to a lance apparatus and a refining method using the same. The lance apparatus comprises: a lance body inside which a gas passage is formed; a first nozzle which is formed to penetrate a lower surface of the lance body and is connected with the passage; and a plurality of second nozzles which are formed to penetrate the lower surface of the lance body while surrounding the first nozzle and are connected with the passage. Each of the first nozzle and the plurality of second nozzles has a nozzle neck to ultrasonically spray the gas, wherein a ratio of cross sectional area of a nozzle neck of the second nozzle to a nozzle neck of the first nozzle is in a range of 2 or more and less than 6. The present invention provides the lance apparatus and the refining method for extending a life time. 본 발명은, 내부에 가스의 유로가 형성되는 랜스 몸체, 랜스 몸체의 하부면을 관통하도록 형성되고, 유로와 연통하는 제1 노즐, 및 제1 노즐을 둘러싸며 랜스 몸체의 하부면을 관통하도록 형성되고, 유로와 연통하는 복수개의 제2 노즐을 포함하고, 제1 노즐 및 복수개의 제2 노즐 각각은 가스를 초음속으로 분사할 수 있도록 노즐목이 형성되고, 제1 노즐의 노즐목에 대한 제2 노즐의 노즐목의 단면적의 비율은 2 이상 6 미만의 범위인 랜스 장치와, 이를 이용한 정련 방법으로서, 사용 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 랜스 장치 및 정련 방법이 제시된다.
