A turbine blade tip gap controller of the present invention includes: a turbine casing guiding the flow of combustion gas; an actuator ring mounted on the outside of the turbine casing to be rotatable; a plurality of turbine blades mounted in the turbine casing to be rotatable; a plurality of ring segments surrounding a front end part of the plurality of turbine blades and installed with a predetermined gap from the front end part thereof; a plurality of rotary shafts having one end connected with the plurality of ring segments and having the other end extended in a radial direction to the outside of the turbine casing; a link member rotating the rotary shafts in accordance with the circumferential rotation of the actuator ring; and a pusher member provided in an inner end part of the rotary shafts to move the ring segments inward in a radial direction through the rotation of the rotary shafts.
