A partition wall structure of a vehicle loading box comprises: a partition wall plate vertically mounted in a loading box to form a partition wall and receiving power through a chain to be bidirectionally slid in the loading box; a reinforcement frame coupled to each of both left and right sides of the partition wall plate and guided by inner walls of both sides of the loading box; and a rubber pad coupled to the reinforcement frame and closely attached to the inner surface of both sides of the loading box to push a loaded object when the partition wall plate is slid.
