The present invention relates to a method for implementing a 3D PDF drawing from a 3D modeling of a plant and, more specifically, to a method for implementing a 3D PDF drawing from a 3D modeling of a plant, which is deviated from the conventional method of printing and using a 3D modeling of a plant generated in a plant engineering stage by using paper, enables a user to search for or view drawings on a mobile device without a drawing printed on paper to be easily applied to an ordering company and construction. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: (a) extracting 3D shape and attribute data from a 3D modeling generated by using a 3D modeling program for plants; (b) formatting the extracted 3D shape and attribute data in a PRC format; (c) setting a predetermined rule so that the 3D shape and attribute data formatted in the PRC format are divided and displayed as one 3D PDF; (d) converting the 3D shape and attribute data in which the predetermined rule is set into divided 3D PDF files; and (e) displaying the divided 3D PDF files on a screen. 본 발명은 플랜트의 3D 모델링으로부터 3D PDF 도면 구현방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 플랜트 엔지니어링 단계에서 작성된 플랜트의 3D 모델링을 지면을 이용하여 프린트하고 사용하는 종래의 방법에서 벗어나, 별도의 지면에 인쇄된 도면없이 모바일 기기에서 도면을 검색하거나 볼 수 있도록 하여 발주사 및 공사에 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 한 플랜트의 3D 모델링으로부터 3D PDF 도면 구현방법에 관한 것으로서,플랜트의 3D 모델링으로부터 3D PDF의 도면 구현방법에 있어서, (a) 플랜트용 3D 모델링 프로그램을 이용하여 작성된 3D 모델링으로부터 3D 형상 및 속성 데이터가 추출되는 단계; (b) 상기 추출된 3D 형상 및 속성 데이터가 PRC 형식으로 포맷되는 단계; (c) 상기 PRC 형식으로 포맷된 3D 형상 및 속성 데이터가 분할되어 하나의 3D PDF로 표시되도록 일정 RULE이 설정되는 단계; (d) 상기 일정 RULE이 설정된 3D 형상 및 속성 데이터가 분할된 3D PDF로 변환되는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 분할된 3D PDF가 화면에 표시되는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜트의 3D 모델링으로부터 3D PDF 도면 구현방법을 제공한다.
