Summary: | The present invention relates to a biodegradable plastic composite material using inedible livestock organic resources and a method for manufacturing the same. The composite material comprises 50 to 70% wt% of livestock compost powder prepared by fermenting livestock manure, 10 to 20 wt% of wood flour, 5 to 10 wt% of sawdust, 5 to 10 wt% of sodium polyacrylate, 1 to 5 wt% of methyltrimethoxysilane, 5 to 10 wt% of a biodegradable resin, 1 to 5 wt% of a compatibilizer, and 1 to 5 wt% of a lubricant, and has advantages of improving mechanical properties, transparency, and heat resistance.
본 발명은 비식용계 축산유기자원을 이용한 생분해성 플라스틱 복합소재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 축분을 발효시킨 축산퇴비분말 50~70중량%, 목분 10~20중량%, 톱밥 5~10중량%, 폴리아크릴산나트륨 5~10중량%, 메틸트리메톡시실란 1~5중량%, 생분해성 수지 5~10중량%, 상용화제 1~5중량% 및 활제 1~5중량%를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 기계적 물성, 투명성 및 내열성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. |
