The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a CMP polishing pad, which can automatically perform each process and allows the minimum number of people to be involved, when manufacturing a CMP polishing pad. The apparatus comprises: a loading unit for picking up raw materials from a cart on which any one of a CMP pad, non-woven fabric, a first bonding material, a second bonding material, and a third bonding material are loaded, and placing the picked raw materials on a first conveyor; a shuttle disposed on the first conveyor, and for transporting the raw materials seated on the first conveyor; a bonding unit for bonding a hot melt and an undersheet to the raw materials transported by the shuttle and transporting the same; a cutting unit disposed on one side of the bonding unit, and for cutting the bonded hot melt and undersheet, and transporting the same to a second conveyor; and an unloading unit for picking up the cut raw materials transported to the second conveyor and placing the same on the cart. 본 발명은 CMP 연마패드 제조시 각 공정이 자동으로 이루어지도록 하면서 최소 인원이 투입되는 CMP 연마패드 제조장치에 관한 것으로, CMP패드, 부직포, 제1합착재, 제2합착재 및 제3합착재 중 어느 하나의 원자재가 적재된 대차로부터 원자재를 픽업하여 제1컨베이어에 안착시키는 로딩부; 상기 제1컨베이어에 배치되며, 상기 제1컨베이어에 안착된 상기 원자재를 이송시키는 셔틀; 상기 셔틀에 의해 이송된 원자재에 핫멜트와 언더시트를 합착시켜 이송시키는 합착유닛; 상기 합착유닛의 일측에 배치되며, 합착된 상기 핫멜트와 언더시트를 컷팅하고 제2컨베이어로 이송시키는 컷팅유닛; 및 상기 제2컨베이어로 이송된 컷팅된 원자재를 픽업하여 대차에 안착시키는 언로딩부;로 구성된다.
