Summary:Disclosed is a non-contact automatic opening and closing device for a lift. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a non-contact automatic opening and closing device is a device that selectively unlocks a door installed in a building. The non-contact automatic opening and closing device comprises: a body provided on the door; an actuator coupled to the body and operated by a control unit; a blocker rotating by an actuator so that an opening of the door is selectively blocked; and a magnetic sensor that is connected to the body and detects magnetic force of a permanent magnet provided in a lift. And when the magnetic sensor detects the magnetic force of the permanent magnet, the control unit operates the actuator to open the door. 리프트용 비접촉식 자동개폐장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 리프트용 비접촉식 자동개폐장치는, 건축물에 설치된 도어의 잠금을 선택적으로 해제하는 장치로서, 도어의 위에 구비된 바디; 바디에 결합되고, 제어부에 의해 작동하는 액추에이터; 도어의 개방이 선택적으로 차단되도록, 액추에이터에 의해 회전하는 블로커; 및 바디에 연결되고, 리프트에 구비된 영구자석의 자력을 감지하는 자기센서를 포함하고, 자기센서가 영구자석의 자력을 감지하면, 도어가 개방되도록 제어부가 액추에이터를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
