Summary:The present invention relates to a fire door, which can be easily opened by an external force acting on the fire door in case of an earthquake or the like, thereby securing a safe evacuation route for people and minimizing human damage. The present invention provides a fire door with an escape structure in case of an earthquake. A deformable accommodation gap is artificially formed between a door and a door frame, and the gap between the door and the door frame is elastically supported by a bearing device and a tolerance control means. Even if the door frame is deformed in an emergency situation such as an earthquake, when a refugee applies external pressure by strongly pushing the door from the inside to the outside, a ball bearing escapes from the tolerance control means by being pushed into a bearing cap, and the mechanical connection between the door and the door frame is released, so that the door is forcibly opened to secure a route for a quick escape in an earthquake situation. Therefore, human damage can be minimized and human safety can be maximized in case of a disaster such as an earthquake. 본 발명은 지진 등의 발생 시 방화문에 작용하는 외력에 의해 방화문이 쉽게 개방되도록 함으로써 사람의 안전한 대피 경로를 확보하고 인명 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 방화문에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 본 발명에서는 도어와 도어틀 사이에 변형 가능한 수용갭을 인위적으로 형성하고, 도어와 도어틀 사이를 베어링장치 및 공차조절수단에 의해 탄력지지되도록 함으로써, 지진발생과 같은 위급상황에서 도어틀의 변형되더라도 피난자가 도어를 실내에서 실외방향으로 강하게 밀어서 외압을 가할 경우, 볼 베어링이 베어링 캡 내부로 밀려나면서 공차조절수단을 벗어나고 도어와 도어틀 사이의 기구적 연결이 해제되어 도어가 강제로 개방되도록 하여 지진 상황에서의 신속한 탈출을 위한 경로를 확보할 수 있으며, 따라서 지진 등의 재난 시에 인명 피해를 최소화할 수 있고 사람의 안전을 최대한 보호할 수 있는 지진 발생 시 탈출구조를 갖는 방화문을 제공한다.
