The present invention relates to an advertisement device that can enhance the visibility of advertisements and easily replace advertisements using a solar panel. More specifically, the device comprises: a body with a sight window; a solar cell unit provided in one part of the body and generating electricity; a battery unit for storing electricity generated from the solar cell unit inside the body; a lighting unit including an LED unit that receives electricity from the battery unit and emits light; a rotating unit in which at least two rollers are disposed inside an advertisement unit; and the advertisement unit mounted on the rollers and rotated. An advertisement can be changed by rotating the advertisement unit as needed, and it is possible to improve the visibility of the advertisement unit by operating the lighting unit when the surrounding environment is dark. Accordingly, by folding or unfolding the solar cell unit, it is possible to protect the solar cell unit and to move the same easily. Also, it is possible to maximize solar power generation efficiency by suggesting the direction of the solar cell unit. Advertisements can be easily replaced. 본 발명은 태양전지판을 이용하여 광고의 시인성을 높이고 광고를 손쉽게 교체할 수 있는 광고장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 투시창을 구비한 본체와, 상기 본체의 한 부분에 마련되고 전기를 생성하는 태양전지부와, 상기 본체의 내부에 상기 태양전지부로부터 생성되는 전기를 저장하는 배터리부와, 상기 배터리부로부터 전기를 공급받아 발광하는 엘이디(LED)부를 포함하는 조명부와, 상기 광고부 내측에 적어도 두 개의 롤러가 배치되는 회전부 및 상기 롤러에 장착되어 회전하는 광고부를 포함하되, 필요에 따라 상기 광고부를 회전시켜 광고를 변경하고, 주변환경이 어두워지면 상기 조명부를 작동시켜 상기 광고부의 시인성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지판을 이용한 광고장치에 의해 달성된다. 이에 따라, 태양전지부를 접거나 펼침으로써 태양전지부를 보호할 수 있으면서 이동이 용이하고, 태양전지부의 방향을 제시하여 태양광발전효율을 극대화할 수 있으며, 광고를 손쉽게 교체할 수 있다.
